SEATTLE, Wash. - Now more than ever, we need things to celebrate and at Insurance Services Group we couldn’t be more excited to share this major milestone with our clients and our community. In August, ISG turned 40! That’s right, we have been in business now 40-years and we think that’s something pretty special.
In 1980, Scott Campbell, our ‘founding father’, set out to start an agency focused on one thing - helping people.
“From the very beginning, the philosophy has been do the right thing for the client and everything else takes care of itself,” said Campbell.
Now, 40-years later, Insurance Services Group has grown into a full-service, regional insurance brokerage, with 6 office locations across the Puget Sound and more than 30-team members.
“My main concern when I started was putting quality business on the book, building the agency with clients and taking care of clients in a way that earned their respect while creating long term relationships,” said Campbell.
That focus on relationship building and commitment and passion for protecting people led ISG to where it is today and where, under the leadership of Scott’s oldest son Trevor, ISG is headed in the future.
“We believe we can better serve our clients with a personal relationship, servicing their accounts on a daily basis rather than turning them over to a third party,” Scott Campbell said.
As the current president and leader of Insurance Services, Trevor remains committed to providing personal service and care while integrating new technology and automation into how ISG operates.
To recognize and celebrate as best we could for now both our Commercial Lines and Personal Lines teams took an opportunity during recent Zoom meetings to cheers Insurance Services Group, Scott, Kathy, Trevor and the Campbell family for the last 40-years and the next 40-years.
And to our clients and our community, thank you for making this milestone possible!
