As we continue to monitor the latest news around COVID-19, I wanted to share what you can expect from our team at Insurance Services Group. Following Governor Inslee’s ‘Stay Home/Stay Healthy’ mandate, questions were raised about essential and non-essential activities. As part of the financial sector, insurance companies and agencies are deemed “essential” to the economic security and community protection of all residents.
Our mission for the past 40-years remains the same now as it was the first day my dad, Scott, started this company - taking care of our clients. You have questions – our team is ready to help find solutions to your insurance needs.
To ensure we can continue serving clients during this difficult time, we have made several operational changes. Our six-office locations will remain closed to the public until further notice. This decision was made more than two-weeks ago to help limit any exposure to our team and the communities we serve. While our office doors are locked we are still available by phone or email. We also moved some team-members home to work.
Most importantly, we continue working closely with our carrier partners, many of which have put in place immediate and emergency procedures to help alleviate coverage concerns around COVID-19. These include questions around premium payments, late fees, and billing issues. Many of our carrier partners are taking a case-by-case approach and our team has been advised to direct clients accordingly. If you have questions, please reach out to your account manager.
As a fellow business owner, a husband, and a dad I understand the concerns and the uncertainty caused by this Global Pandemic. I want you to know we will do our best to answer your questions, listen to your concerns, and work with you to find solutions. We are here to advocate for you, your family, and your business.
