All You Ever Wanted to Know About Insurance

Insurance Services Group is Committed to Protecting What Matters

SEQUIM, Wash. – What can $2,000 do for the local fire district? Insurance Services Group can’t wait to find out!

Our agency was one of a handful of insurance agencies across the country selected to participate in the Safeco Insurance ‘Protecting What Matters’ program. The program supports outreach and education efforts provided by local emergency responders and insurance agencies who strive to make a difference in their community.

This week, Krista Linde, from our Sequim team, presented a $2,000 donation check to Assistant Fire Chief Dan Orr and his team at Clallam County Fire District 3.

“We are so excited to support the fire crews who help protect our community - the place we call home - every day,” said Linde.

We recently teamed up with Clallam County Fire District 3 to help host a hands-on fire extinguisher safety class for residents at Discovery Bay RV Park. During the class, those who attended learned the right way to use a fire extinguisher in the event something were to happen inside their home.

“Fire District 3 has been focusing on educating the public in preparedness,” said Assistant Chief Orr. “The District is going to use the generous donation to begin to buy individual packs for Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) in Fire District 3. Our first purchase will go to the residents of Discovery Bay RV Park, who are currently going through CERT training.”

Insurance Services Group is committed to building a stronger community and protecting what matters in Sequim and throughout Clallam County.
