Contract bonds (performance bonds, bid bonds, payment bonds) make up a significant portion of our bond business. We assist both our clients and the bond underwriters in collecting information about your business and the project. Bonds under $250,000 are reasonably simple and can usually be completed within a few days. Bonds over that amount are more complex and take a little more lead time. The investment of time and resources in the underwriting process creates a bonding history that can lead to more opportunities for your business moving forward.
